I once "always worried" about my health.
Then a friend introduced me to Shaklee nutrition – starting with the foundation of a multivitamin and a protein.
Now I am helping others find their own nutrition plan.

You can't go wrong with the "Prove It Challenge™. Start off with the seven day cleanse, and then move on to Life Shake (flavor of your choice, and soy or plant based) and a Vitalizer. Now with the new Tumeric Boost, you may want to add it to your daily supplements! Feel over-whelmed? Then start slowly with smaller amounts and work up to the suggested daily in-take.
