Phase I: 30-Day GROUP Program

As a registered dietitian I have partnered with Shaklee a company that I truly stand behind because of their adherence to quality and purity controls in the supplement arena.

The great thing about the challenge is that its guided via WhatsApp so anyone in the US and Canada can participate! I will provide a plethora of recipes and support along the way. ​

Here is a brief overview of what the 30-day Program looks like :

- Days 1-7 detox cleanse kit with fruits and unlimited veggies only (optional shake)

- Week 2 add Life protein shake as 1 meal replacement plus vitamins , add animal & plant protein, 75% veggies

- Week 3 above -add whole grains

- Week 4 plate method - 1/2 plate veggies 1/4 carb 1/4 protein or EAT THE WAY YOU FELT BEST ​

The majority of people that have completed a Cleanse do very well without any added protein. If you feel you must have some protein, just know that many veggies include protein and here's a short list of some with higher amounts of protein: Asparagus, Spinach, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Collard Greens, Cauliflower. After trying those, if you feel you absolutely must have some protein, you can have a Life Shake. The idea is to give your GI rest to rejuventate!

The Nutratarian diet I teach in my 30-day group ​ program is the JUMPSTART designed to help you reset your palate, adopt new habits, a new mindset, experiment with going plant-based, try new recipes & learn foundational nutrition principles.

Now you are ready for phase II—Accelerated Weight Loss


Diet modification paired with proper supplementation and time restricted eating is the ultimate trio to losing fat—not muscle.

Lengthening the overnight fasting enhances these advantages. You will lose weight, feel better and improve your overall health.

Affects of time restricted eating—a method of intermittent fasting include:

  • waste removal
  • hormone adjustment
  • improved insulin sensitivity
  • cell repair/regeneration
  • gene expression
  • reduces inflammation/oxidative stress
  • increased metabolic rate/ fat loss

The most popular method is 16:8, where are you fast up to 16 hours and eat within an 8-hour window. Ex. 11am-7pm eating window, start fast at 7pm.

We will be doing 16:8 in this program. Beginners may begin at 14:10 (9am-7pm) and slowly build up to fat-burning mode. I will coach you through this!
